  • Zazu Noir

Hey! I'm Zazu Noir, a 24 year old upcoming artist out of Boston, MA. I love being able to push messages through experimental sounds and lyrics alike. A huge part of how I approach music reflects the affairs of a budding artist pushing through the constant outside critique and dramatiscm looking for a way to break through the veil of the self-challenges created when taking in all of said judgement. I also throw artist showcases and well as community fundraisers to connect the art to the socioeconomic struggles faced in our community and doing what we can as creative to make a real change. Artist/Activist/just me.

  • Bluedog

Bluedog is a musical group based in Needham Massachusetts that has been lurking in the basements of suburban Boston for over 20 years. The origins of the band date back to an ad placed in a local Needham newspaper looking for musicians with day jobs to get together and jam at night. We have gone through many iterations, personnel changes, name changes and even tragedies but we have coalesced into a solid group of musicians over the past 7 years and we have emerged from the basement to play local restaurants and pubs. We started out as a Jazz/Blues band but our sound has become more eclectic which reflects our love of all musical genres with the underlying goal of a solid groove. Our music has Jazz, Blues, Latin, Funk and Reggae influences which is evident in our sound. Our first self- titled CD was released in 2021 and we are presently working on a new recording of all original tunes. The band consists of David Blaustein on saxophones, Geno Martinez on guitars, Rafael Ornstein on keyboards, Asher Schachter on bass, Jon Searles on drums and Rob Sutherland on percussion and vocals. Filling in on drums for the Milton Porchfest is Ed Lesser.
